What's the time commitment for being a guest?

The actual recording is about 45-60 minutes, plus a brief pre-chat and post-interview wrap-up. We handle all the editing and production, so your only job is to show up and share your story.

Do I need to have a big following to apply?

Not at all! We're looking for authentic stories from women who are actively growing their businesses, not necessarily those who've already "made it." Your willingness to share openly matters more than your follower count.

How do I know if my story is a good fit?

We’re not looking for perfect success stories. We’re looking for honest conversations with women who are ready to inspire, encourage, and connect.

What if I'm not a great speaker or feel nervous?

This is a supportive, conversational environment. We'll guide you through the process, and many guests are surprised by how natural it feels. We're here to help you feel comfortable sharing your story.

How can being a guest benefit me?

How long until my episode is published?

Most episodes are published within 4-6 weeks of recording. We'll give you a heads up about your publish date so you can share it with your audience.

When will I hear back about my application?

As soon as you submit your application, you can go ahead and schedule your recording spot! After we review all applications, we may adjust the guest lineup, and if that affects your spot, we'll let you know right away.
